Why is my device not compatible with your game(s)?

There are many possible reasons why a device gets banned. It’s not only due to hardware issues, some Android versions are so customised that the game simply can’t run correctly. We prefer to spare our fans from purchasing a game that is not going to run while we try to fix the problem. We are sorry for this and thank you all for your patience

How do I disable ads?

You can disable full-screen ads by making an in-app purchase of any size or amount. In-app purchases take place when you spend real money on special content such as coin packs, vehicles, holiday bundles, and so on. In-app purchases are completely optional and are not required to play the game. You will always receive a confirmation window whenever a transaction is initiated. Please enable password protection to avoid accidental or unwanted purchases in the game. IMPORTANT NOTE: Rewarded videos will not be removed after an in-app purchase has been made. These videos are completely optional and will only play if you choose to watch them. You can watch rewarded videos to earn in-game bonuses such as extra currency or utilities.

What should I do if my game lags, freezes or crashes?

The following steps may be useful if you encounter performance issues such as lag, hitching, freezes or crashing in the game. 1) Close Super Scaloni and ensure it is no longer running in the background 2) Repeat this process with all other apps that are currently open 3) Cycle the power on your device by turning it off and on again 4) Launch Super Scaloni without opening any other apps beforehand
